Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and organized Academic Coordinator to coordinate academic activities, faculty requirements, student-related academic matters, timetables, examinations, and communication between faculty, students, and management. The candidate will ensure the smooth and effective execution of academic operations as per institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities and ensure smooth academic operations.
- Prepare and coordinate class timetables, faculty schedules, workload allocation, and academic calendars.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding lectures, syllabus completion, attendance, internal assessments, assignments, and academic requirements.
- Monitor syllabus progress and prepare regular academic status reports.
- Coordinate examinations, internal assessments, viva, presentations, practicals, and evaluation activities.




- Maintain academic records, faculty workload records, attendance, results, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with students regarding academic schedules, examination-related matters, assignments, and academic activities.
- Organize faculty meetings, academic meetings, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and other academic events.
- Follow up with faculty members for timely submission of lesson plans, question papers, marks, attendance, and other academic documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Assist management and academic heads in preparing MIS reports and academic performance reports.
- Support accreditation, statutory, and institutional compliance-related academic documentation.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for inspections, audits, and accreditation requirements.
