Role Summary

nLead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover.n
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions.n
- Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery.n
- Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates.n
- Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.n

- Exposure to reputed developers, PMCs, and end-to-end project lifecycle preferredn
