nAs a Channel Sales Head, you will be a critical member of the organization, responsible for developing and implementing Sales sourcing strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio the organization.

nWe're looking for a Channel Sales Head to build and scale our channel partner network across residential and commercial real estate projects.



This is a leadership role owning CP (Channel Partner) acquisition, activation, performance management, and revenue growth through the CP ecosystem

nStrategy & Channel Expansion

- Design and execute the channel/broker sales strategy aligned with project-wise revenue targetsn
- Identify and onboard new real estate broker networks, channel partners, and franchise associates across target micro-marketsn
- Expand channel presence into new geographies/project catchmentsn

nPartner (CP) Management

- n
- Recruit, onboard, and activate channel partners/brokers — build a solid CP database and referral pipelinen
- Maintain relationships with top-performing brokers and real estate agentsn
- Design and run CP incentive/commission structures, contests, and loyalty programsn
- Conduct partner performance reviews and resolve channel conflictsn
