About the role
nPrimo Dialler is a UK-based telecommunications company providing VoIP, dialler, connectivity and cloud communication services. We work with outsourced call centres running outbound sales campaigns across the UK and USA. We are looking for a hands-on Campaign Performance Executive to support campaign operations, monitor performance, review calls and follow up with call centre supervisors.

nKey Responsibilities
n• Set up and monitor outbound campaigns, agent access and campaign settings.
n• Upload and manage lead data, callbacks, dispositions and campaign activity.
n• Monitor agent logins, dials, contacts, talk time, sales and conversion performance.
n• Listen to sales and non-sales calls every day and record clear quality feedback.
n• Identify poor-quality calls, weak sales behaviour and potential compliance concerns.
n• Identify underperforming agents and centres and follow up with supervisors.
n• Monitor data usage and flag unusual lead or disposition patterns.
n• Prepare clear daily performance reports showing results,



issues and actions taken.
n• Escalate serious technical, quality or performance issues to management.
n

nRequired Skills
n• 1-3 years of experience in outbound call centre, BPO, QA, dialler or campaign operations.
n• Good understanding of outbound sales campaigns and common call centre KPIs.
n• Comfortable listening to and reviewing sales calls.
n• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong attention to detail.
n• Positive written and spoken English.
n• Comfortable communicating with call centre supervisors and managers.
n• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks.
n• Flexible to work rotational shifts covering UK and US campaign hours.

nPreferred Experience
nExperience with UK or US outbound campaigns, telecoms, VoIP, call quality monitoring, sales reporting, lead management or CRM systems would be beneficial.
