nWe’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can run and optimize paid campaigns to drive app installs, user acquisition and growth .

nResponsibilities

- n
- Run and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads for mobile appsn
- Drive app installs and new users through paid campaignsn
- Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and campaign performancen
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaignsn
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costsn
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad creatives and performancen
- Track campaign data and share regular performance reportsn

nRequirements

- n
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / App Marketing / User Acquisitionn
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Adsn
- Experience running campaigns focused on app installs/user acquisitionn
- Good understanding of CPI, CAC, ROAS and campaign optimizationn
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance numbersn
- Experience with Android apps is a plusn
- Immediate joiners preferredn
