nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking experienced Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with Global Capability Center (GCC) customers in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of account management, customer engagement, revenue growth, stakeholder management, and solution selling within large enterprise or GCC environments.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow strategic relationships with assigned GCC customers.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and leadership teams.n
- Drive account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.n
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.n
- Understand customer business priorities and align solutions to address their needs.n
- Collaborate with delivery, consulting, product,



and pre-sales teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.n
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal opportunities.n
- Build executive-level relationships and conduct regular business reviews.n
- Manage commercial discussions, contract renewals, and negotiation processes.n

nDesired Candidate Profile:
n
- n
- 5-15 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Enterprise Sales, or Customer-Relationship-Management.n
- Proven experience managing GCC/Global In-house Center (GIC) customers or large enterprise accounts.n
- Strong understanding of technology services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or IT services.n
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.n
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.n
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.n
