Role Description — Sales Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor role based in Kolkata. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors while directly contributing to sales closures and overall revenue performance .

The role combines people leadership, sales execution, coaching, performance management, and customer management .



The Sales Supervisor is expected to lead from the front by actively participating in the sales process and stepping in to close qualified opportunities, handle complex customer conversations, and recover potential lost sales .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors.
- Own and achieve individual and team sales targets .
- Personally contribute to sales closures and revenue generation as part of the role's KRA.
- Take over or intervene in high-value, complex, or escalation-based sales opportunities and convert them into successful closures.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion, productivity, quality, attendance, and other key KPIs.
- Conduct regular team huddles, one-to-one coaching, call reviews, and performance discussions.
