This is a field sales role, not a desk role. You will spend 15 or more days a month travelling across India, walking into government departments, armed forces establishments, sports academies, universities and hospitals, and opening the first conversation about fitness, sports science and rehabilitation equipment. If you are looking for an office job where enquiries arrive by email, this is not it.
Fixed salary is capped at Rs 50,000 per month, plus performance incentives on closed orders, plus company paid travel and stay. Please apply only if that structure works for you.

What you will actually do
- Open doors from cold.



Identify and physically reach the people who decide: directors of state sports departments, SAI centre heads, Command Sports Offices and unit establishments in the Army, Navy and Air Force, police and paramilitary welfare setups, university and medical college administrations, and heads of PM&R; and physiotherapy departments.
- Make the first pitch in person. Explain what up-to-date fitness, sports science and rehabilitation equipment does, to officers, doctors, physiotherapists, coaches and engineering staff.
- Follow the file through sanction, tender, technical evaluation and order.
- Run a disciplined territory plan and a weekly travel plan.
- Report your pipeline honestly
