nThe Chance

nKaygen is expanding its India business with a strong focus on Global Capability Centers and multinational enterprises, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help build that growth engine.
nThe role will focus on opening strategic GCC and direct-enterprise relationships, developing senior stakeholder connects and converting those relationships into sustainable talent and workforce-solutions revenue.
nThis is not an MSP/VMS sales role. It is a direct enterprise business-development position for someone who understands complex organizations, can navigate CXO/TA/procurement relationships and enjoys creating opportunities before they become open requisitions.
