We are hiring an architect, not a modeler. At Urbanlion, BIM is a tool — it is not the job. We're looking for someone who can think through a design problem, develop a concept, work out how something should be built,



and then use Revit to produce it. You'll work on live U.S.-based residential, commercial, and industrial projects with real ownership of your packages from early on. The scope here grows as fast as you do. What You'll Own Design thinking, first Understand the design intent behind a project, not just the instruction attached to a task Develop concepts and work through design problems rather than waiting for a resolved answer to model Make sensible design and detailing calls within the brief, and be able to explain why you made them Question a drawing that doesn't make sense instead of reproducing it faithfully Your models and your drawing sets Build and maintain Revit models and construction document sets you can stand behind — plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules Translate design intent into drawings a contractor can actually build from Develop architectural details that hold up a
