nAbout the role:
nThe Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Noguilt’s growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.

nSpecifically, this role will involve:

- n
- Onboarding current doctors within the assigned territoryn
- Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationshipsn




- Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territoryn
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctorsn
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) campsn
- Making 6–7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5–6 doctors per dayn
- Attempting outreach to 10–12 doctors daily to meet conversion targetsn
- Representing Noguilt professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partnersn
- Working closely with internal teams to support business development goalsn

nIdeal candidate will have:

- 1–3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynecology background preferred)n
- Mandatory field sales experiencen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn
- High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environmentn
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territoryn
