Role Objective
nDevelop the assigned territory for PEB and industrial building projects by creating relationships with project
ninfluencers and decision-makers, identifying upcoming opportunities at an early stage, conducting skilled
ncompany/product presentations, collecting project requirements and progressing qualified opportunities through the
nsales pipeline.

nKey Responsibilities
n• Map the assigned territory and continuously identify upcoming factories, warehouses, industrial sheds, logistics
nfacilities, institutional buildings and other steel-building opportunities.
n• Meet architects, structural consultants, PMCs, EPC contractors, civil contractors, industrial consultants,
ndevelopers, builders, plant owners, project heads, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
n• Generate leads independently through physical market visits, references, industrial-area visits, project sites,
nconsultant networks, online research, LinkedIn and industry associations.




n• Conduct professional Hakke Industries and PEB capability presentations and explain the commercial / functional
nvalue of the proposed solution.
n• Understand customer requirements and collect preliminary project information: location, building use, area,
ndimensions, drawings, span, height, crane requirements, roofing/cladding needs, project stage, timeline,
nconsultant details, scope and decision-making process.
n• Coordinate with central design / estimation teams for technical inputs, BOMs, proposals, clarifications and
ntechno-commercial offers.
n• Follow up systematically from first meeting to enquiry, quotation, negotiation and order closure; keep the next
naction and decision-maker status updated in CRM / tracker.
n• Develop long-term relationships with architects and consultants even when no immediate project is available,
nwith the objective of future specifications and referrals.
