nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an execution-focused Program Manager – AI Solutions to drive multiple AI initiatives from concept to working solution and production.
nYou will work closely with Product Managers, AI Architects, Technical Leads, Engineering and Data teams to ensure AI initiatives stay on track, blockers are resolved, and committed outcomes are delivered within timelines.
nThis role is ideal for someone who goes beyond status tracking and can drive accountability, challenge timelines, identify bottlenecks and accelerate execution.

nKey Responsibilities

- n




- Own governance and delivery tracking across multiple AI initiativesn
- Establish transparent visibility of milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and timelinesn
- Drive AI solutions through the lifecycle: Use Case → Architecture → Development → Demo → MVP → Productionn
- Conduct regular reviews with Product, Architecture, Engineering and Data teamsn
- Track planned vs. actual delivery and drive corrective actionsn
- Identify and escalate critical risks, resource gaps and dependenciesn
- Challenge delays and ensure teams remain accountable for committed deliverablesn
- Prepare concise CEO / Leadership dashboards and executive updatesn
- Track weekly deliverables, sprint commitments and production-readiness milestonesn
- Ensure initiatives progress toward working, demonstrable solutions—not just documentation or experimentationn
