Job Title: Performance Script Writer (Ads) – Crafto
Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-output, performance-driven Script Writer who can crack scroll-stopping hooks and high-converting ad scripts for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
This is not a branding/content role — this is a growth role.
You will be directly responsible for writing 20+ ad scripts daily, rapidly iterating based on performance data, and leveraging AI tools (GPT, Gemini, Veo3, etc.) to scale winning creatives for Crafto.
What You’ll Do
- Write 20+ high-converting ad scripts daily (video + static hooks)
- Create scroll-stopping hooks in first 2–3 seconds
- Develop multiple variations of winning concepts
- Work closely with performance marketing team to:
- Analyze CTR, CPI, CPS
- Double down on winning angles
- Use AI tools like:
- GPT / Gemini → idea generation & variations
- Veo3 / video tools → content execution support
- Rapidly test:
- Different emotions (fear, aspiration, devotion, relatability)
- Different formats (UGC, POV, storytelling, problem-solution)
- Convert insights into repeatable creative frameworks
- Scale creatives for campaigns handling ₹100Cr+ annual budget
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have
- Proven ability to write high-performing ad hooks/scripts
- Deep understanding of:
- Meta ads psychology
- Thumb-stopping content
- Ability to produce high volume (20+ scripts/day) without quality drop
- Strong intuition for:
- Viral content
- Indian mass audience (Tier 2/3 focus preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools to 10x output
- Extremely fast executor with bias for action
Positive to Have
Experience in:
- UGC ads / performance marketing
- Short-form video scripting (Reels/Shorts)
Exposure to:
- Spiritual / devotional / emotional content
- Hindi + regional language understanding
