About the RoleThe Lead Vision is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Texture Artist (Character + Background) with strong experience in creating bright, colourful and visually appealing textures for kids' animation content.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on Kids Nursery Rhymes, English Rhymes, Preschool Content, or similar colourful 3D animation projects.
The ideal candidate should understand how to create cute, vibrant and kid-friendly characters and environments while maintaining consistency across multiple episodes and production assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality textures for 3D characters, props, environments and backgrounds.
- Develop bright, colourful and attractive visual styles suitable for English nursery rhymes and preschool audiences.
- Create appealing textures for kids, animals,



toys, houses, playgrounds, farms, vehicles, classrooms and other rhyme environments.
- Perform clean and optimized UV mapping and UV layouts.
- Create and manage materials, shaders and PBR textures.
- Maintain consistent colours, materials and overall visual quality across characters and environments.
- Follow established art direction, references and colour palettes.
- Optimize textures according to production requirements without compromising visual quality.
- Coordinate with Modeling, Lighting, Animation and Production teams.
- Complete assigned assets within production deadlines and handle required revisions efficiently.

Required Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of qualified experience in 3D Character and/or Environment Texturing.
- Previous experience in Kids Nursery Rhymes / English Rhymes / Preschool 3D Animation is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of colourful, cute and child
