nAbout the Role
n

nWe are looking for an experienced Systems Storage IT Engineer to support, operate, and scale global enterprise storage platforms.
nThis contractor role focuses on the day-to-day operation, maintenance, performance, availability, and reliability of production storage environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, engineering, and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable storage services.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Monitor, operate, administer, and maintain NAS, SAN, and Object Storage platforms, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and escalate complex issues to appropriate engineering or vendor teams.n
- Support NetApp, Pure FlashBlade, DDN, Lustre, Ceph , and related enterprise storage technologies.n
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.n




- Perform storage capacity analysis, forecasting, and planning to support infrastructure and business growth.n
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams on storage deployments, configurations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.n
- Support application onboarding, testing, validation, and production-readiness activities.n
- Participate in incident response, operational support, and on-call/holiday rotations as required.n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, SOPs, and storage best practices.n
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.n
