We are hiring a Oracle PCM Specialist

nPosition Requirements

nYou’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n

- n
- Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutionsn
- Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solutionsn
- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Allocation Rules, Cost Pools and Profitability Modelingn
- Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closuren
- Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle PCM/PCMCSn




- Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenuren
- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)n
- Good understanding of Allocation rules, and Profitability & Cost Management processesn

nDesired Skills/Must have skills

nCandidate should possess
n
- n
- 5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.n
- Worked on at least 2 PCM/PCMCS Implementationsn
- Good understanding of Allocation Rules, Drivers, Cost Pools, Traceability and Reporting in PCMCSn
- Experience in building Allocation Models and Multi-dimensional Profitability Analysisn
- Valuable communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidencen
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointn
