Job Summary:
nWe are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in POSM (Point of Sale Materials) , retail branding, and product visualization. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative 3D concepts and converting brand requirements into impactful retail displays and promotional materials.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Create 3D designs, renders, and visualisations for POSM and retail displays.n
- Design standees, kiosks, display units, shelves, counter displays, danglers, wobblers, gondolas, and other promotional materials .n
- Develop concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and product requirements.n
- Create realistic 3D mock-ups and presentations for client/internal approvals.n
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams .n




- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for execution.n
- Modify designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.n
- Ensure designs are practical from a manufacturing, material, size, and cost perspective.n
- Maintain consistency with brand identity across all POSM designs.n

nRequired Skills:
n
- n
- Strong knowledge of 3D design and graphic design .n
- Proficiency in 3D Max / Blender / SketchUp / KeyShot / V-Ray or similar tools.n
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.n
- Good understanding of POSM, retail displays, branding, and print production .n
- Solid visualisation, creativity, and attention to detail.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.n
