nExperience: 3-9 Years
nLocation: Chennai
n. Must-Have Skills • 3-9 years of experience in ALM Tools Administration or Requirements Management.
n• Robust hands-on experience with Codebeamer, IBM DOORS/DOORS Next, or similar ALM platforms.
n• Solid understanding of Requirements Engineering and End-to-End Traceability.
n• Experience in JIRA-based support and ticket management.
n• User access management, governance and compliance monitoring.
n• Strong reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
n• Basic SQL/Data Analysis skills.
n• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
