nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Workday Talent Management and Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and related HCM processes, along with the ability to partner effectively with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
nThe consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring best practices, data integrity, system usability, and alignment with organizational talent strategies.

- Support annual and periodic performance review cycles, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-cycle support.n
- Develop and maintain business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, notifications, questionnaires, and other Workday configurations as required.n
