Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The candidate should have robust communication skills and the ability to identify and attract suitable talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference and background checks when required.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer management, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and records.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
