Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quotation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in preparing quotations specifically for diamond and polki jewellery, and must have strong Excel skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential in supporting our sales and business development teams by preparing detailed, competitive, and accurate quotes for clients, with a focus on maintaining company profitability and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for diamond and polki jewellery based on client specifications and company pricing structures.
- Customize quotations to meet client preferences while ensuring adherence to pricing policies and profit margins.
- Calculate prices by considering factors like gem weights, metal quality, labor costs, and design intricacies.
- Use Excel to create and manage quotation templates, price lists, and perform detailed calculations.
- Maintain organized records of all quotations, including historical data for pricing trends and client-specific information.
- Create Excel reports on quotation success rates, and provide insights on pricing competitiveness and performance.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, trends in diamond and polki jewellery, and emerging client preferences.

Key Requirements:

● Experience:



2+ years in a similar role within the jewellery industry
● Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including advanced formulas, data management, and report generation.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in all quotations, considering complex pricing structures.
● Market Knowledge: Understanding of the jewellery market, particularly diamond and polki jewellery pricing and trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Accounts, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
- Experience in the Jewellery, Retail, or Luxury industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Tally (Mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Inventory and Stock Management.
- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and perform stock reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
