Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/talent acquisition specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/stakeholders
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
