- Postgraduate/graduate from reputed Institute
- At least three end-to-end implementation in Oracle financials/ Oracle’s Financial Accounting Package
- Valuable client handling skills. Experience in handling client engagement for at least 6 years
- Very good in written and oral communications in English.
- Very good documentation skills. Should be able to create and get acceptance on project documentation so as to be contractually right and yet keep the work going at decent pace.
- Talk in non-technical user’s language and explain complex concepts to them.
- Communicate to keep all stake-holders updated.
- Should be able to explain to the client and resolve project execution bottle-necks from all stake-holders i.e. client, internal team and vendors.
- Understand user requirements and verify whether they are modelled properly in the solution
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Verify that the user requirements and business functionalities and business logic is met by the designed screens/ reports / other forms of user interfaces including external interfaces.




- Verify the documents/ document himself the requirements, process flows/ data flows/ use cases and screen designs in understandable, clear, precise, comprehensive and unambiguous manner.
- Make calls, take decisions and document non-functional requirements also
- Verify test plans.
- Perform functional and user acceptance testing.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Optimize the triumvirate of quality, timelines and costs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to define acceptable solutions.
- Very good skills in planning, prioritizing, judgement at what to commit to whom and coordination with all stake-holders: internal team, vendors, clients etc. Should make formal project plans, pro-actively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Should have high attention to details of contract and project planning and execution, resolve issues pro-actively, define/ re-design working methodology based on past and ongoing experience.
- Team player. Take everybody along. Develop close relationships with everyone involved, discuss and agree at solutions and commitments with them.
