Job Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh signature sauces and dressings from scratch.
- Develop and standardize new sauce recipes.
- Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings.
- Bake and prepare jacket potatoes with consistent quality.
- Maintain food presentation and portion control.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and inventory.
- Minimize food waste and maintain ingredient quality.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
