We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Sales Team for our banking software products designed for Co-operative Societies . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified sales leads.
- Introduce and explain our banking software products, features, benefits, and solutions to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into potential customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.




- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about products and services.
- Stay updated about product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently close conversations.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial software is an advantage.
