About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our field sales team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Company-generated leads will be provided to eligible team members.
- Visit assigned leads on time and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct qualified client meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into successful deals.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Qualification: BBA, BCA, MBA, PGDM or equivalent.




- Freshers can apply; relevant sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong sales attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates should be from or willing to work in Patna.
