Dispatcher (Operations) – US Trucking

Position: Dispatcher (Operations)
Experience: Freshers / Candidates with up to 1/2 year of experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary

- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in dispatching drivers for daily pickups and deliveries
- Track and update load status regularly
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, timings, and instructions
- Update operational data in internal systems and Sheets
- Report delays, breakdowns, or operational issues to the senior team
- Support the operations team with daily dispatch-related tasks
- Manage US trucking dispatch operations efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain daily operational reports and help resolve issues

What We're Looking For

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1/2 year of experience
- Candidates with US trucking/dispatch experience are preferred




- Basic computer knowledge and email
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Positive English communication skills
- Willingness to work according to the US process
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and handle daily operational tasks
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with prior US Truck Dispatch experience will be considered based on their:

- Previous dispatch experience
- Knowledge of US trucking operations
- Communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with drivers
- Understanding of routes, pickups and deliveries
- Problem-solving ability
- Overall interview performance

Salary for experienced candidates will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
