Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.

- Good hands-on knowledge of Python and Python-based backend/API development.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile development practices.
- Ability to understand and review code across frontend and backend technologies.

Project Management Skills

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and developers.
- Plan, manage,



and deliver multiple projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong experience managing software development projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.
- Robust skills in resource planning, estimation, risk management, and dependency management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
