Roles and Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and support enterprise servers (Dell / HPE / Lenovo or equivalent)
- Troubleshoot hardware issues: CPU, memory, disks, RAID/HBA controllers, firmware & drivers
- Deploy and manage SAN/NAS storage (LUN provisioning, RAID, multipathing, performance tuning)
- Administer virtualization platforms:
- VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Microsoft Hyper-V & Failover Clustering
- Linux KVM
- Manage VM lifecycle, HA, live migration & cluster patching/upgrades
- Deploy and support enterprise backup & DR solutions (Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam, etc.)
- Perform backup monitoring, restore validation & DR drills
- Administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu / SUSE) environments
- Execute OS patching, troubleshooting & performance optimization




- Monitor infrastructure health and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for escalations and RMAs
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs & operational runbooks

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of installation and configuration of Hyper-V, VMware, and other virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in patching and maintenance of servers using various operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with backup solutions for data protection.
