URGENT HIRING ESTIMATION MANAGER
Katira Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to join our team at our Ahmedabad Head Office.
Location: Ahmedabad Head Office
Experience: 9–14 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil Engineering
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead estimation & tendering activities
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Prepare accurate rate analysis and project cost estimates
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and project teams
• Review quotations and subcontractor/vendor rates
• Ensure timely and competitive submission of tenders
• Monitor estimation processes and support commercial decisions
Candidate Profile:
8–12 years of relevant experience in estimation/tendering
Strong knowledge of construction costing, BOQ and rate analysis
Positive understanding of Civil/Infrastructure projects
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
