• Short listing the appropriate candidates by meeting them personally, conducting their preliminary interview and assessing them on various parameters.
• Updating them about the Clients requirements after knowing their future plans and their preferred type of job.
• Scheduling the candidates interview with the client and consequently, taking the feedback from the client.
• Finalizing the candidate after appropriate feedback and orientation from the client.
• Keeping the candidate updated about the selection procedure and making sure he joins on the committed date.
