- Planning for customer drawings of work order/tender as required by Marketing team
- Preparing/checking of mechanical drawings for customers/ manufacturing
- Solving the queries raised by internal and external customer.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of ongoing jobs at the shop floor at every stages of manufacturing.
- Guiding vendors with respect to technical queries and helping them for developing fabrication activities.
- Ensuring ISO-9001 & IMS documents are in place
- Providing guidance & training to down the line
- Develop and manage productivity and marking errors
