Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production operations to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to raw materials, packaging, and logistics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in beverage manufacturing or a related industry.
- Robust understanding of CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) production processes.
- Experience with PET (Plastic Bottle) filling lines is essential.
