Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 5+ years of MEP BIM experience, strong USA client-handling skills, excellent English communication, and practical knowledge of MEP fabrication and construction workflows will be highly preferred.

Specific Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong experience in USA client handling and communication.
- Hands-on knowledge of MEP fabrication and fabrication workflows.
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
- Experience with MEP coordination, clash detection, and resolution.
- Proficiency in Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.
- Good understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
- Experience working on US-based MEP projects and
- familiarity with US construction practices. Ability to lead and manage BIM teams and project deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and quality control.
- Ability to independently manage project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Manager to lead BIM projects, manage MEP modeling and coordination activities, and ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for managing BIM teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, handling USA clients,



and ensuring that project deliverables meet technical, quality, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MEP BIM projects from project initiation through final delivery.
- Manage, guide, and review the work of MEP BIM Modelers.
- Develop and review detailed MEP models using Revit .
- Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and other MEP services.
- Conduct and manage clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural teams, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders. Communicate directly with USA clients regarding
- project requirements, technical issues, progress, and deliverables.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Identify technical challenges and provide effective
- BIM-based solutions. Conduct quality checks before submission to clients.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to
- team members.
- Participate in client meetings, coordination meetings, and technical presentations.
