Salary

12,000 – 20,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's communication skills, experience, interview performance, and process requirements.

Working Days

6 Days Working

- 1 rotational weekly off

- Shift timings may vary according to the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through the assigned support channel.

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

- Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.

- Understand customer concerns and resolve them effectively.

- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.





- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.

- Basic to good English communication.

- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a customer-focused environment.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
