About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about fashion design, styling, digital fashion, and AI-powered creative technologies.

The selected candidate will work on projects for leading fashion B2C companies and established fashion brands, contributing to digital fashion styling, garment visualization, image quality checking, fashion content development, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Fashion Styling & Quality Control:

- Work as a Digital Fashion Stylist and Digital Fashion Quality Checker (QC) for fashion-related projects.
- Review digital fashion outputs, product images, garment visuals, styling, proportions, colors, fit, details, and overall presentation.
- Identify design inconsistencies, visual errors, garment detailing issues, and deviations from the original reference/design.
- Ensure digital outputs meet required fashion, styling, visual quality, and brand guidelines.
- Analyse client requirements, references, sample images, and feedback and ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to communicate corrections and required changes.
- Maintain consistency across multiple products, designs, images, and project requirements.

Fashion Design & Styling:

- Apply strong knowledge of Indian and Western Menswear and Womenswear to digital fashion projects.
- Understand fabrics, silhouettes, garment construction, fitting, styling, color combinations, prints, patterns, and garment detailing.
- Assist in concept development, mood boards, styling references, placement prints, and fashion presentations.
- Review and interpret fashion references, product images, sample garments, and design specifications.
- Support digital garment visualization and AI-assisted fashion content creation.

AI & Digital Fashion Workflows:

- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, MNML, Magnific, Grok, and similar platforms for creative ideation and fashion workflows.
- Use AI tools for concept generation, image enhancement, visual development, prompt creation, trend research, and creative problem-solving.




- Develop and refine prompts to achieve accurate fashion-related visual outputs.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, digital fashion tools, fashion trends, and creative workflows.
- Explore current AI-assisted methods to improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy in fashion projects.

Client & Project Coordination:

- Understand project requirements and implement client feedback accurately.
- Manage project, design revisions, and quality-checking requirements simultaneously.
- Maintain proper communication with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow project timelines, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, designs, references, and project-related materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.

- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Digital Fashion, Quality Checking, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of Indian & Western Menswear and Womenswear.

- Good knowledge of:

- Fabrics and textiles
- Silhouettes
- Garment construction
- Garment fitting
- Fashion styling
- Colors and combinations
- Prints and patterns
- Garment detailing

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.

- Understanding of placement prints, mood boards, concept development, and tech packs.

- Basic awareness or hands-on exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.

- Strong attention to detail and visual judgement.

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and implement feedback accurately.

Preferred Skills & Additional Requirements:

- Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI or similar platforms.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Positive proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

- Professional, confident, self-motivated, and responsible approach to work.





- Sharp memory and strong organizational skills to manage multiple sample revisions, client feedback, design changes, and project requirements.

- Knowledge of CLO 3D or 3D garment visualization.
