Designation- O2C Tower Lead (Must have solid people management stakeholders and client facing skills on paper)

Note- at least 2+ years of managerial experience on paper.

Team Size - 40+FTEs

Experience - 10Years - 17 years | Salary - 13LPA- 18LPA

Notice Period - Immediate - 60 Days

Shift - Flexible to work in ANZ shifts

Work Mode- From Office.

Qualification- Commerce background

Skill required:

- Proven expertise in receivables management- Cash Applications, Collections, Billing & Dispute resolution, and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising a team
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (High Radius (Preferred), SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
