Role Objective

The PreSales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential B2B customers, understanding their inquiries, and providing comprehensive product and service information. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure smooth handover, while maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential B2B customers to understand and address inquiries effectively.
- Information Delivery: Provide detailed product/service information, resolving customer concerns with clarity.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to qualify leads and transfer them seamlessly to the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Product Expertise: Maintain indepth knowledge of offerings to communicate value propositions convincingly.
- Responsive Communication:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring strict adherence to turnaround time (TAT).
- Record Management: Update customer interactions and comments in CRM/system for efficient tracking and followup.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to optimize customer experience and support business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in PreSales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and deliver within defined timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Willingness to travel across Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar as required.

Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹32,604.56 per month
