Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and issue raw materials and food items as per requirements.
- Check quantity, quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
- Prepare materials for kitchen/production requirements.
- Maintain proper stock records and documentation.
- Assist in physical stock verification and inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with Store and Production teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in food industry / hotel / catering stores preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
