Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage sourcing strategy for acquiring trained and verified home service professionals (with a focus on maids).
- Identify and optimize multiple sourcing channels: field recruitment, referrals, job boards, agencies, and community outreach.
- Own the entire expert acquisition funnelfrom outreach and recruitment to onboarding and retention.
- Partner with the training and quality teams to ensure professionals meet Snabbit’s high service standards.
- Continuously track performance metrics to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce cost per hire.
- Build and manage a field sourcing team across different micro-markets.
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards across all hiring practices.

Preferred candidate profile





- 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar/field recruitment, workforce sourcing, or similar roles.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams in high-growth, operationally intense environments.
- Solid understanding of sourcing channels for the blue-collar workforce (Maids).
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Passion for building scalable processes and transforming traditional sectors with technology.
