Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: 15k to 21K CTC + 3k Quaterely Bonus
Working: 6 days

- Graduates/Undergraduates with strong communication skills can be considered.
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive typing skills.
- Candidates who are customer-centric, adaptable and eager to learn are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone,e-mail or chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resoluiton of customer concerns
