Position Overview

AAA Technologies Limited is looking for a Head Statutory Compliance to lead internal compliance and support the obligations arising from its IT audit, cybersecurity and consulting engagements. Based in Noida, the role will coordinate statutory requirements, tender documentation, client commitments and compliance reviews across functions.

The position will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, the Company Secretary and technical teams. It requires practical ownership of compliance tracking and evidence, while specialist filings, certifications and technical assessments remain with authorised professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Planning and Control

- Maintain an applicability-based compliance calendar covering offices, employees, service operations, filings and renewals, with transparent owners and deadlines.
- Verify completion through supporting records and escalate overdue obligations, material risks and unresolved gaps.
- Monitor relevant changes with advisers and translate them into practical actions for the responsible teams.

Tender and Empanelment Compliance

- Review eligibility conditions, tender amendments and supporting documents for IT audit, cybersecurity and consulting opportunities.
- Maintain current registrations, credentials, empanelments and approved declarations required for bids and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate statutory and contractual checklists for RFPs and applicable e-procurement submissions with Sales, Legal and technical heads.
- Verify the accuracy of experience, personnel and compliance declarations before authorised approval; flag unsupported commitments.
- Track renewal conditions and expiry dates for business-critical credentials with the responsible practice heads.

Client and Contract Compliance

- Translate awarded contracts into a compliance matrix covering obligations, owners, timelines,

evidence and approvals.
- Monitor deployment documentation, background checks, confidentiality undertakings and subcontracting permissions where required.
- Coordinate bid securities, performance guarantees and insurance with Finance, including validity, extensions and release conditions.
- Track service commitments, reporting milestones, acceptance records and compliance submissions with Delivery; escalate potential breaches promptly.
- Coordinate client reviews and closure requirements, keeping complete records of submissions, approvals and corrective actions.

Confidentiality and Information Handling

- Work with Legal and Information Security to identify applicable privacy requirements and client-specific information-handling obligations.
- Track contractual commitments on access, confidentiality, incident escalation, retention and return or deletion of information.
- Route security concerns to designated specialists and monitor action closure without taking over technical audit responsibilities.

Corporate Coordination and Compliance Reviews

- Track tax filing and payment milestones with Finance and corporate compliance inputs with the Company Secretary, retaining completion evidence.
- Coordinate inspections, notices and compliance reviews with authorised representatives; maintain a clear corrective-action tracker.
- Guide compliance staff and service providers, train process owners and report key exceptions and renewal risks to management.

Employment and Establishment Compliance

- Coordinate applicable employment, establishment and payroll-linked obligations with HR, Payroll and Administration, including PF and ESI where applicable.
- Review registrations, statutory records, contribution reconciliations and employee documentation for assigned locations.
- Support workplace-compliance processes, employee awareness and timely closure of inspection observations.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 12–15 years of statutory or corporate compliance experience, including cross-functional or multi-location responsibility.
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, audit, consulting or a similar professional services business is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in IT tender compliance, empanelment documentation and post-award contractual monitoring is required.
- Strong practical understanding of employment, establishment, payroll-linked and client-site compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of tax-compliance coordination and corporate filing processes; experience working with Finance and a Company Secretary.
- Exposure to Uttar Pradesh or Delhi NCR establishment requirements and compliance inspections is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant discipline; CS, LLB or a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder-management and follow-up skills, with high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Key Success Factors

- Timely filings, renewals and submissions supported by complete, retrievable evidence.
- Accurate tender documentation and disciplined tracking of client and contract obligations.
- Early escalation and timely closure of compliance gaps, with fewer repeat observations.
