Role & responsibilities

- Planning, supervision and execution of civil construction and maintenance works
- Monitoring project progress, quality and safety standards
- Coordination with contractors, consultants and vendors
- Preparation and checking of estimates, BOQs and technical documents
- Site inspection and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring projects are completed within timelines and budgets

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and project management
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage and site activities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in building construction or related field (civil engineering).
- B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- M.Tech (Civil) preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, building construction methods, and construction management practices.
