Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Process claims payments, adjustments, and refunds in accordance with insurance policies.
- Identify and address denial management issues by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare BPO or related field.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
