Significant: Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in HR Department are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview. Interested candidates are requested to visit our office with their updated resume during the above-mentioned timings.

Preferred Candidate

- 2 years to 4 years experience in Human Resources or related role





- Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, MBA, Psychology, Business Administration or related field

- Interested in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / Employee Relations / HR Operations

- Good spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

- Comfortable with employee onboarding and documentation procedures

- Can work from Noida, Sector 16

- Available for 5.5 days working

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Roles and Responsblities

- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department hiring managers.

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners.

- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR database systems.

- Address employee grievances and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

- Support the HR team in executing performance management and compliance processes.
