Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and integrations.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in CSM to implement, customize, and integrate ServiceNow CSM modules and portals.

Responsibilities

- Implement, administer, and develop ServiceNow platform with a focus on CSM.
- Develop and customize Service Portal widgets and capabilities.
- Work on scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular.
- Create Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms.
- Configure REST and SOAP integrations, import sets, and data sources.
- Use Flow Designer to build workflows and integrations.
- Customize portals and manage knowledge base within CSM.




- Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ yrs in ServiceNow development; 3+ yrs in CSM module.
- Technical Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST API integrations.
- Expertise in: ServiceNow scripting, Service Portal development, and Flow Designer.
- Mandatory Skills: CSM module.
- Shift: 2-11 PM IST.
