Job Description Mall Sales Executive

Position: Mall Sales Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: 1+ year in Sales / Real Estate / Retail Sales preferred
Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month + incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Engage with visitors and potential customers at the mall.
- Generate leads through direct interaction and promotional activities.
- Explain company projects, offers, and services to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable options.
- Collect customer details and maintain lead records.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Hindi and English communication skills.
- Sales/customer-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Female candidates preferred.
