Our 50+ member design team works across products at very different stages of their journey.

Some teams are improving products used by millions every day. Others are building entirely

recent experiences from the ground up.

You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and AI teams from discovery

through delivery, helping shape product direction as much as product experiences.

Role Expectations

Lead UI/UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of a product area while remaining hands-on with complex

design challenges.

Define UX strategy and translate ambiguous problems into simple, effective experiences.

Mentor designers, conduct design reviews, and elevate design quality across the team.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive product outcomes

and improve design processes.
