A Day In The Life Of An ORM Specialist

- Monitor client brand mentions across social media (especially LinkedIn), review sites, forums, and search engines.
- Implement strategies to improve online sentiment and resolve negative content/issues.
- Engage with online communities, addressing reviews, comments, and inquiries in a qualified manner.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and generate detailed reports on online reputation trends.
- Collaborate with the content team to create positive, engaging content that promotes the brand.
- Identify and address potential PR crises by implementing quick and effective response strategies.
- Stay updated on ORM tools, digital trends, and best practices to ensure proactive reputation management.
- Develop long-term strategies for reputation building and crisis prevention.
- Work closely with client partners to align ORM strategies with overall marketing goals.

The Role

Proactive and skilled Social Media Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries and resolve issues through our social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.





The Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication in all interactions.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and actions taken.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from client partners and seniors to identify trends and suggest improvements to the support process.
- Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels, especially LinkedIn, and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of issues and share relevant feedback.
- Reporting: Generate and share reports on social media interactions, including common issues and resolutions.
